As Chief of Administration for ASUO, I led the comprehensive hiring process for executive branch directors and supporting secretarial staff, with a strategic focus on team composition and interpersonal dynamics. I developed and implemented a formal HR framework to guide our organization while managing both internal and external crises with decisive action. I regularly coordinated team meetings focused on operational improvements and worked closely with the Student Body President to craft impactful communications and public statements. My role included representing student interests and advocating for accessible education costs, and supporting the executive branch internally. I was responsible for creating and leading professional development through workshops, comprehensive staff onboarding programs, and team-building initiatives that strengthened our organizational culture and effectiveness.
